Yesterday we used our party business to call for the SNP’s Hate Crime Act to be repealed.

Humza Yousaf’s catastrophic hate crime legislation has created an unacceptable risk to free speech and is putting an enormous and unnecessary toll on Scotland’s already overstretched police force.

The act must be repealed before any more damage is done.
