I recently wrote to Ocfom and telephone companies Virgin/02, Vodafone, EE and Three regarding their services in Aberdeenshire and across the North East.

Whilst many places are reaping the benefits of 5G, many areas still only have 3G – if they have any service at all. This unreliability is extremely disappointing. The previous storms of recent years, and with the change to Digital Voice soon, have highlighted how vital mobile phone services can be during times of severe weather and power outages.
