The James Hunter Fountain in Banchory has been successfully relocated and restored thanks to Aberdeenshire Council's efforts!

This iconic granite fountain, gifted by businessman James Hunter in 1914, was regularly damaged by traffic. Now the restored fountain can be found at the entrance of the graveyard, near James Hunter’s old home.
