Just 1/3 of UK households have used their energy bill support vouchers issued by the UK Government.
If you have a prepayment meter, I urge you to check whether you have used your voucher. You should have received the first voucher worth £66 last month, with another £66 this month and then four more vouchers worth £67 from December through to March.
If you have not received a voucher, contact your energy provider.
