After pausing the weekly service in March 2020 due to the pandemic, the Bank of Scotland have been operating a fortnightly service for their Mobile Branch for the majority of their stops.

They’ve noticed that the service is not being used as much, even on a reduced schedule. They will continue to visit communities every fortnight on an ongoing basis – however I want to encourage people to make use of this service. If they’re not being used there is a risk that we will lose them, and I know how frustrating for this would be for people who rely on them or do not have access to online services.
