I was delighted to speak with Natasha Hamilton from Care Home Relatives Scotland, a Facebook group community that has done excellent work in campaigning for more support for care home residents and their families.

The treatment of our elderly in care homes throughout this pandemic has been absolutely appalling.

Whilst there are obvious practical limitations which may prevent legislation from passing before the end of this session, I am happy to support this campaign and look forward to supporting it when it’s brought forward in the next Parliament.
