Good to see that Aberdeenshire are trialling a new booking system for buses in areas around Inverurie and between Dinnet and Banchory.

After raising the importance of the A2B dial-a-bus services, which stopped running due to the pandemic, I know just how important these local bus services are for the elderly who would otherwise be isolated.

It’s important that those without digital skills are still able to access these bus services, but hopefully this mobile app will allow for faster trip-booking and dispatch times.
