Throughout the pandemic there have been many changes to the way we seek medical care and advice, including for example the use of Near Me for GP consultations and the creation of Community Hubs.

I have been asked to help gather comments on your experiences of these and other changes to medical care. Some of the changes will remain part of how services are delivered in the future and so it is important to hear your opinions.
