Positive Steps Kemnay (PSK) was named Health Walk Group of the Year at Scotland’s national walking charity Paths for All’s Volunteer Awards 2022. After recognising this achievement through a motion in Parliament, I was delighted to visit them last Wednesday to join in their activities and present them with a certificate!
PSK is dementia and disability friendly with a variety of walks to suit everyone.
For those in the Kemnay area with an interest:
- Health Walks meet Wednesdays
- Strength and Balance walks meet on the first Wednesday of the month
- Buggy Walks meet Thursday mornings at 10am
