I am delighted to have lodged a motion honouring Ryan Bond of the Rotary Club of Banchory-Ternan for his fundraising efforts towards Rotary International’s long standing End Polio Now campaign. Taking his 1931 Austin Seven for a 1,000-mile drive in July, he raised an incredible £4,000. This is an outstanding accomplishment, and highly beneficial to the Rotary’s goal of eradicating polio.
