Community councils are important to representing communities’ needs and wishes. Unfortunately, Lumphanan Community Council has struggled to maintain membership and is currently inoperable.
The current proposed solution is for Torphins Community Council to extend its boundaries to incorporate the area represented by Lumphanan Community Council.
