This October we can invite a local hero to attend the Scottish Parliament’s opening ceremony – and I’m asking you to help me!

Throughout the pandemic, volunteers have gone above and beyond to help their local communities and support those in need. This past year has been challenging for us all and it has been truly inspiring to see the dedication and kindness that our communities have shown each other.

Please submit your nominations of local heroes via my website below. I will then review all of the nominations and select a hero to attend the ceremony.

This is a fantastic opportunity to say thank you to those who have worked incredibly hard to help others. I look forward to hearing about all the wonderful volunteers in Aberdeenshire West who have strived to help others during this difficult time.
