I am incredibly disappointed with the SNP’s response to my call for third sector funding for youth organisations, which have not been eligible for grants that have been offered to other charities.

Scouts, Boy’s Brigade and other youth organisations are facing significant challenges as they have no income, and the Scottish Government are refusing to support them during this difficult time.

These organisations are great for children and the wider community, inspiring people to enjoy the outdoors which should be encouraged now more than ever.

I will continue to push the Scottish Government on this issue to ensure that support is provided before it is too late.
