During the pandemic the proportion of people saying they feel lonely has almost doubled, to 40%.

The Christmas Together Campaign is seeking to bring people closer together to help tackle loneliness.

Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland are looking for Kindness Volunteers who are able to help those who are isolated and alone this Christmas, either through a friendly chat or spreading messages of hope and advise far and wide.
