I am delighted that Alford Heritage Museum and Grampian Transport Museum have both been awarded funding to help them make preparations ahead of reopening next season!
A huge congratulations to them both and I wish them all the best as they continue to overcome the challenges of the pandemic.

I also raised a question to the Scottish Government asking them to consider re-categorising museums and galleries as “public buildings” so that they can stay open in areas under Level 3.
