I wanted to share an update on the Department for Work and Pensions' (DWP) new initiative to support workers on Universal Credit who want to progress in their careers. Introducing the In-Work Progression offer!

Supported by a network of specialist Progression Leads, the aim of this new offer is to help low earners increase their wages and create opportunities for career advancement, while also encouraging employers to support their employees' progression.

Over 1.2 million low-income earners on Universal Credit will benefit from this additional support to help secure promotions and higher wages.
