As many of you may be aware, I opened a survey for my constituents to learn about their policy priorities. This year’s Annual Survey was a combination of mailed surveys to everyone in my constituency and online surveys on my website. We received nearly 500 responses, and it is evident that those who completed the survey are facing many of the same issues.
Notably, of the people who responded, 88% were against children as young as 16 being able to legally change their gender. Moreover, 64% were opposed to large-scale onshore windfarms in their local area, and 82% of participants did not support a second independence referendum in 2023.
The full questions and the responses can be found above.
Please do get in touch if you have any specific concerns or requests you would like for me to raise with the Scottish Government or if you have anything I can help with – as ever, I am happy to help no matter how big or small your issue may be.
