On Monday I held a surgery at the Banchory Business Centre - always great to meet with constituents and take forward their concerns.
On Tuesday, I attended a lunch with The President of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and The President of the Association of Taxation Technicians in Edinburgh. In the evening I attended the Prince's Trust Parliamentary reception celebrating Scotland’s Year of Young People before heading off to a Fuel Poverty & Energy Efficiency Briefing Dinner.
On Wednesday morning, I attended the Finance and Constitution Committee. In the afternoon I attended Portfolio Questions but unfortunately was not able to ask my question due to running out of time. Afterwards the Scottish Conservatives held their debate on Health, holding the SNP's feet to the fire on their terrible record over the past 11 years.
On Thursday, I had an additional Finance and Constitution Committee meeting as the EU Withdrawal Consent Motion is going through. I then attended FMQs before meeting with the CEO of EDF with Ruth Davidson MSP.
Friday was a fantastic day - getting the chance to visit Crathie Primary School with Robo Constructors in alliance with Generation Science. A great event and very interesting! I was then out knocking on doors on my street surgery in Braemar where I picked up some bread and butteries at a local honesty box! A treat for the end of a busy week...
